With a robust professional background, since March 2018, Hilda has been in the role of Administrator and Legal Adviser at GDPR Adviser, where she provides expert data protection advice. Her main activities include compliance auditing and implementation of GDPR requirements, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, helping to ensure organizations are compliant with the regulations.

Her legal education is reinforced by a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws with a specialization in Litigation and Liberal Professions, complemented by a postgraduate course in Data Protection Officer training. Hilda also has skills in commercial arbitration and mediation, gained at ELSA Queen Mary University of London, where she worked as a Research Scientist.

Since October 2017, she has been contributing to the activities of the Data Protection Center of “Petru Maior” University, holding the position of Technical Assistant Manager. Here, she coordinates student teams in international competitions and is involved in data protection research.

Her fluency in foreign languages, including English at advanced level and knowledge of German and Spanish, allows her to interact effectively in international contexts and to participate in large research projects and educational events.
